Client Supervision Lead and supervise clients in the program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
Purpose:
To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and well-being; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Client Supervision
Lead and supervise clients in the program on the residential housing floor, and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
Client Transportation
• Maintain valid driver’s license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles.
• Transport clients to all program functions (Academy, Lecture, church, etc.).
• Fuel vehicles as needed. Report necessary vehicle repairs to Life Renewal Program Supervisor.
• Report all vehicle accidents to the CD Treatment Director immediately. Take other appropriate action in accordance with current policy.
