Key Responsibilities

Administer configuration settings and maintain SIM Tools for availability, performance, and stability. Develop utilities and automation to monitor SIM Tools health, generate alerts, and support proactive issue detection.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer configuration settings and maintain SIM Tools for availability, performance, and stability.

Develop utilities and automation to monitor SIM Tools health, generate alerts, and support proactive issue detection.

Provide user account management: provisioning/deprovisioning, access rules/RBAC, periodic access reviews, and audit support.

Implement SIM Tools usage reporting to support license utilization visibility, budget forecasting, and business justification.

Plan and execute application/system upgrades, including validation and rollback planning.

Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with partner teams.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure and operations (including networking fundamentals).

Familiarity operating in/with Nexus environments.
