→Managing end-to-end recruitment processes — posting vacancies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees;
→Administering HR documentation — employment contracts, amendments, vacation and sick leave records, and personnel files in compliance with Lithuanian Labour Law;
→Supporting and coordinating performance management processes, including goal-setting cycles and appraisal documentation;
→Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters;
→Organising and coordinating internal events, team gatherings, and company celebrations;
→Managing day-to-day office operations — supplies, vendors, facility maintenance, and ensuring a well-functioning, pleasant work environment;
→Liaising with external service providers (office suppliers, insurance providers, building management);
→Supporting managers with people-related administrative tasks and ad hoc HR projects;
→Performing other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
