The Growth Analyst Program is our high-impact career accelerator for ambitious new graduates. This isn't a "shadowing" role; it’s a launchpad into the world of advertising technology, strategy, and high-stakes client partnerships.

~1 min read- Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and assist with ongoing account maintenance.
- Help prepare materials for client meetings and business reviews.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met.
- Maintain organized and consistent documentation and client communication to help track progress and deliverables.
- Develop a working understanding of each account's business objectives and competitive landscape to help inform proactive, strategic, and insight-driven recommendations.
- Learn the ins and outs of Moloco’s products and develop a strong understanding of our clients’ goals.
- Assist with campaign setup and monitor performance using internal tools (e.g., Moloco Cloud Platform, SFDC, Looker).
- Surface insights and performance trends to the broader team to inform optimizations.
- Support in troubleshooting issues and coordinating with internal teams to find solutions.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support in preparing reports and performance summaries to inform client strategy.
- Learn to identify upsell or optimization opportunities alongside more senior team members.
- Help document internal workflows and look for ways to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and feedback on client needs.
- Share learnings and best practices with the team to support continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated experience or high comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity and sharpen your problem-solving and strategic insights.

- A problem-solver who takes initiative and is excited to work with data to drive decisions (even if you're just getting started).
- Skilled at using modern AI tools to supercharge productivity with spreadsheets, slide decks, and basic reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to ask good questions, share updates clearly, and collaborate effectively.
- Willingness to learn about big data, mobile advertising, and programmatic marketing—even if you're new to it.
- You’re comfortable consistently adapting to new tools and workflows
- You demonstrate extreme ownership and grit in long-term problem solving. - Start Date: Available to start full-time by July 6th, 2026.
Compensation & Benefits
U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits and perks. U.S.-based employees also receive up to 12 scheduled paid holidays per calendar year and one Thrive Day off per quarter. Additionally, all employees have Flexible Time Off (FTO).
The successful candidate may be eligible for a bonus and equity awards. Eligibility and amounts are determined by performance and the terms of the applicable plans.
The location for this role is listed above. For base pay range purposes, location-based compensation is grouped into the following regions. Your region is determined by your assigned work location.
- Region A: Menlo Park Office, New York Office, SF Bay Area, New York Metro Area
- Region B: Seattle Office, Seattle, Los Angeles/Orange County, San Diego, Austin, Boston, Washington DC Metro Area, Miami
- Region C: All other U.S. locations
