About the Role
~1 min readAs Global Account Strategist you’ll handle all communications with our existing clients via Zoom, email, phone, instant messaging and everything in between. Every interaction an AM has should be focused on maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
As we are operating at the forefront of B2B Marketing, you’ll need a vast understanding and interest in the world of marketing and sales, as the collaboration with our clients is of a highly consultative nature. Our clients are based globally, so we love it when our Account Strategists are curious about the world to make strong connections in our multicultural environment.
In addition to communicating with our clients, it will be part of your role to oversee and run the campaigns in close collaboration with our operations and data team, structuring and analysing data, executing campaign steps, creating reports and proposing new strategies to our clients. It is a 360-degree role that requires strong attention to detail, a general business development mindset, and great communication skills.
