Job Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategy & Production Specialist to lead the creation and execution of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role blends creative strategy with hands-on content production from crafting concepts to editing videos and designing visuals. You’ll collaborate with clients and the internal team to produce high-performing ad creatives that engage audiences and drive results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative strategies that align with campaign goals and audience insights.

  • Produce ad assets — including videos, stills, and graphics — optimized for Meta platforms.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their customers and craft messaging that resonates.

  • Analyze creative performance and use data to improve content and results.

  • Work closely with media buyers and creative teams to ensure visuals perform well across campaigns.

  • Stay updated on Meta trends and bring new, creative ideas to the table.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in creative strategy and content production for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  • Skilled in video editing and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions on social media.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Portfolio of past ad creatives or video work is highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with media buying (Meta and Google).

  • Experience with tools like Canva or Figma.

  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and creative optimization.

  • Awareness of current social media trends and ad performance tactics.
