Performance Creative Designer
Quick Summary
Job Title: Performance Creative Designer Reports To: Creative Strategy / Leadership TeamWork Shift: TBD; regular overlap with UK working hours will be requiredWorking Hours: Full-Time,
We are seeking a highly capable Performance Creative Designer to produce conversion-focused static advertising for a portfolio of ecommerce brands.
The primary responsibility of this role is static graphic design for paid social. You will create image-based advertisements primarily for Meta, translating strategic briefs, messaging, product assets, and brand guidelines into polished creative designed to capture attention and support customer acquisition.
This is not a general brand-design or organic social-media role. We need someone who understands that performance creative must do more than look good. Each advertisement should communicate a clear message, present the product effectively, and support a meaningful creative-testing objective.
Advanced AI proficiency is critical. AI should already be embedded in your day-to-day creative process. You should be able to generate, composite, refine, and enhance assets using current AI production tools while maintaining a high professional standard.
The final creative should not appear obviously AI-generated. Product details, people, text, lighting, hands, backgrounds, scale, perspective, and other visual elements must remain credible and internally consistent. AI should improve production speed and creative possibilities without lowering trust or design quality.
Video editing and motion-graphics experience are valuable but are not required. We would welcome someone who can also produce those formats to a high standard, but static performance design will remain the primary basis for evaluating candidates.
You will work across multiple ecommerce accounts with different audiences, products, offers, and visual identities. You will also contribute to the agency’s own paid and organic social presence.
The team is small and moves quickly. You will be expected to take ownership of your output, identify weaknesses in a brief, communicate honestly, and deliver creative that supports performance rather than simply satisfying aesthetic preferences.

Maintain clear separation between individual brand identities.
Avoid applying the same templates or visual formulas across every account.
