(MAA) ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES

Responsibilities:

• To hit sales quota set by Management.
• To ensure sales personnel are knowledgeable in their field of assignments.
• To build a productive sales team in order to boost sales performance and achieve sales target.
• To assist sales personnel as and when are required i.e., Debtor’s collection, problematic customers, etc.
• To develop new business and maintain close relationship with customers.
• To follow up with overseas agents for rate enquired and shipment arrangement.
• To establish, maintain and build up good relationship with carriers, co-loaders and other vendors to obtain the lowest cost and better service.
• To settle and handle customers’ complaints and specific requirements.
• To formulate, plan and execute Target Accounts List and monitoring its progress.
