We're doing an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company that already has an audience of 100M+ people. This is a zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints, so you get to define a modern frontend stack from scratch instead of inheriting a tangle of old code. You're here to build customer-facing experiences that millions of people actually use.

You'll design, build, and evolve the user-facing applications at the center of the MrBeast membership ecosystem. The work is fast and AI-first, in close partnership with product and design. That means:

• Build scalable, performant frontend architectures and reusable components for consumer apps with the potential to reach 100M+ people.
• Make core user journeys fast: page-load times and frontend latency are numbers you own and move.
• Use AI coding agents and modern tooling as the baseline for how you ship, not the exception.

• →Design and implement scalable frontend architectures for complex web applications.
• →Build and maintain reusable UI components and design-system integrations that other engineers ship on.
• →Partner with product managers and designers to turn requirements into clean, high-quality experiences.
• →Lead technical design discussions and own architectural decisions within your domain.
• →Optimize for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across core flows.
• →Set and enforce frontend standards and patterns, and drive their adoption across teams.
• →Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, and resolve the gnarly production issues.

• AI-Native: You're already using AI coding agents daily to multiply your output, and modern tooling is second nature.
• Deep Frontend Builder: Typically 8+ years in software engineering with serious frontend depth, building modern web apps in JavaScript and TypeScript and maintaining scalable architectures in production.
• Performance Minded: You have a real command of performance optimization, testing strategy, accessibility, and web standards, and you can prove the wins with metrics.
• Owner: You take a problem from design through production support, and you raise the bar for the engineers around you.

Bonus points for building and maintaining design systems, modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, cloud-native environments and CI/CD, and a track record of leading technical initiatives across teams.
