Automotive Detailing & Service Assistant

Looking to get your foot in the door in the automotive industry? We’re hiring a Detailing & Service Assistant—no prior experience required!

This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. We provide training and opportunities to grow into roles like Service Advisor or Technician.

• →Wash, vacuum, and detail customer vehicles
• →Move vehicles between service bays, parking areas, and delivery zones
• →Keep the service drive, shop, and lot clean and organized
• →Assist technicians and advisors with basic support tasks
• →Prepare vehicles for customer pickup
• →Perform basic inspections for cleanliness and presentation
• →Always follow safety procedures
• →Track, manage, and maintain vehicle keys in an organized and secure manner.
• →Wash and prepare vehicles once service and/or repairs are completed, ensuring readiness for customer pickup.
• →Follow established shop procedures to verify service completion and assist with vehicle checkout preparation.
• →Stock and maintain the coffee bar and customer amenities daily.
• →Perform occasional driving duties, including picking up parts from vendors or transporting customers to and from home or work as needed.

•  Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic (manual is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior experience in a porter, shop assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work rotating Saturdays.
• Clean, professional appearance and a courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and staff.

• Fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Frequent walking, standing, and vehicle movement throughout the day.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and typical service shop surroundings.
