As our Lead Tech, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor technicians, and perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation as one of our top auto repair shops.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
- →Lead and train a team of automotive technicians
- →Assign and schedule repair jobs for efficiency
- →Collaborate with service advisors on estimates and parts
- →Ensure safety compliance and shop cleanliness
- →Stay current with automotive technology and tools
- →Maintain accurate service records in shop management system
- →Provide excellent customer service and communication
- →Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Car Mechanic
- →Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- →must be an Expert knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- →Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
- →Excellent problem-solving and time management
- →Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
