What are we looking for?
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the technical, production, quality, and administrative teams with any tasks and projects related to the department.
Perform administrative duties to support the department. Develop realistic project timelines and communicate with relevant team members to keep work moving forward.
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5 pm

What you’ll do:
Assisting with, tracking and reporting of customer activities and inquiries
Coordinate policy changes and updates
Assist with onboarding of new customers
Create and manage forms
Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
~1 min readMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office software experience including Word, Excel, Outlook
2 years' experience in office administration
Proven ability to independently plan, organize, and complete projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal (including via telephone) and written formats
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
Must be customer focused and quality driven
Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as: data entry via computer keyboard, writing, operating a telephone, and filing
