What are we looking for?
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a full range of administrative duties to support the department. Key responsibilities include creating various documents and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office software, researching a variety of information requests, and setting up conference rooms for visitors and in-house meetings.
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What you’ll do:
Create various documents and spreadsheets
Research a variety of information requests
Respond to inquiries within a given timeframe
Develop, review, and update local operating procedures
Set up conference rooms and provide support for visitors and in-house meetings
Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities
~1 min readMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience directly related to the role
Experience with Microsoft Office software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal (including via telephone) and written formats
Must be customer focused and quality driven
Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as: data entry via computer keyboard, writing, operating a telephone, filing
Ability to sit and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time
