Human Resource Coordinator - Carrollton, Georgia Office

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- →Minimum of 2–3 years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in an HR Coordinator, HR operations, or similar role.
- →Demonstrated experience coordinating onboarding and managing employee documentation, records, and high-volume administrative processes.
- →Strong systems aptitude and experience working with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems; ADP and Workday experience strongly preferred.
- →Strong administrative skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage data, documentation, deadlines, and multiple workflows.
- →Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- →Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- →Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and leaders.
- →Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and consistently follow through with limited supervision.
- →Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
- →Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site workforce experience preferred.
- →Ability to work on-site five days per week in the Carrollton, Georgia office.
