We are looking for a Senior Technical Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development of museum exhibits, from initial prototype to final product. This role combines strong technical expertise with creativity, documentation excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

• →Develop museum exhibits from concept and prototype through to final production
• →Create detailed project documentation, including:
• →Technical specifications
• →Technical drawings
• →Manufacturing instructions
• →Assembly instructions
• →Construction preparation guidelines
• →Maintain, review, and update technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• →Approve technical documentation and manage changes and revisions
• →Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions for new exhibits based on project goals and briefs
• →Collaborate closely with designers on the development of new exhibits and the improvement of existing ones
• →Mentor and support team members with lower seniority

• →Experience working with wood-based panel materials
• →CAM experience, including CNC milling machines
• →Calculation and design of welded structures
• →Additive manufacturing (3D printing)
• →Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis
