$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $500 increments at 30 and 90 days, paid on the following paycheck. If eligible, you must be actively employed and actively performing services for the Company on the applicable eligibility date at the time the payment is made.

✓Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

✓Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

✓Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
