About the opportunity
MYOB is building the next generation of Practice software for accountants and bookkeepers across Australia and New Zealand.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Leader to lead Product Marketing for Practice. In this leadership position you'll manage cross functional teams who are responsible for defining product propositions that deliver outstanding value for our customers and markets. You'll develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness, generate demand, and accelerate revenue growth

This is a role with genuine responsibility and influence, offering high visibility with senior leaders and a defined window to make meaningful impact. It’s a genuine growth opportunity for the right leader, someone ready to step in, take ownership, and deliver outcomes that matter.

This role is the critical stitching between Product and the execution engines that exist across MYOB. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, voice of customer and support operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution
  • Lead the end-to-end Product Marketing strategy across the Practice portfolio, defining positioning, messaging and go-to-market direction to ensure every product has a clear, compelling value proposition.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Product Marketing and Customer Enablement team, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, GTM, Enablement and Finance.
  • Drive deep market and customer insight through continuous analysis of customer needs, competitor dynamics and product performance, ensuring our portfolios are shaped by real market opportunity.
  • Raise the standard of launches and lifecycle marketing, delivering GTM plans that land, campaigns that resonate across channels, and commercial outcomes that stick.
  • Create alignment between product strategy and market execution, building confidence in Product Marketing as a strategic function and ensuring teams clearly understand who we’re building for and why.
  • Deep senior Product Marketing experience in SaaS, ideally across B2B products, with a track record of building and leading top-tier Product Marketing functions.
  • Strategic yet hands-on leader with excellent judgement, the ability to make smart trade-offs, and experience leading PMMs or sophisticated GTM programs end-to-end.
  • Commercially driven and outcome-focused, with proven success driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and optimising key performance metrics.
  • Customer-obsessed and insight-led, able to build compelling product propositions and translate data and analytics into clear, actionable strategy.
  • Outstanding cross-functional leader and communicator, confident influencing across Product, Sales and GTM teams, building alignment, and delivering results without fluff or ambiguity.
