Commercial Relationship Manager

TBAS is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager.

This position will work closely with the Lending Team and report to the CEO. He/she will be stationed at the Utulei, Centennial Branch.
This position is responsible for servicing commercial customers seeking loans and deposit relationships with the Bank. He/she establishes, manages, and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective commercial clients.

The individual is responsible for identifying and promoting commercial banking products and services to suit client needs. He/she may conduct interviews with applicants to develop information concerning their businesses and requirements, evaluate credit information, and make relationship recommendations.

The individual is to maximize the Department’s profitability through the maintenance of a high-quality loan portfolio. He/she must follow current loans to ensure conformity with terms and maintain a current and complete credit file.

The individual must monitor and analyze financial reports, economic trends, and regulatory changes to increase the Bank’s business in established and developing markets.
