We're looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong Product thinking to drive inline's Table Management System (TMS) and Food Ordering (FO) products, together with our global partner integrations.
The right person in this role will play a pivotal role in planning, building, and scaling the products that power restaurants' front-of-house operations — reservations, table management, queuing, deposits & payments, and food ordering — while connecting inline to a growing ecosystem of global partners such as booking platforms, POS systems, membership systems, malls, and regional restaurant groups. The key to this role is orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder programs that serve merchants, patrons, and partners at once, and turning deep F&B domain knowledge into product decisions that improve merchant operations and patron experiences across markets.

- Partner closely with the stakeholders and UX design team to shape and translate product vision into executable roadmaps for the TMS and FO product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the F&B tech landscape (reservation platforms, POS ecosystems, food ordering, channel managers) to provide product recommendations.
- Evaluate product and integration opportunities by balancing merchant value, patron experience, partner impact, engineering effort, and operational complexity.
- Continuously monitor product and partner metrics (e.g. partner-driven bookings, seated conversion, no-show rate) and provide insights to refine priorities and roadmap execution.
- Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution across the TMS and FO product surfaces, including different interfaces for both restaurants and patrons, and premium add-on features.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, CSM/BD, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
- Manage Product Backlog, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Scrum execution.
- Identify project risks, resolve blockers proactively, and drive teams toward successful delivery, including launch readiness such as internal playbooks and training.
- Own the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle: scoping and scenario design, API documentation and testing setup, kickoff, development support, E2E testing, launch, and post-launch operations.
- Manage integrations across partner types — booking platforms, POS systems, membership systems, malls and hospitality groups, and regional restaurant groups.
- Serve as the primary technical counterpart for global partners across regions and time zones, running kickoff meetings, joint testing, and ongoing technical communication.
- Define integration scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; keep integration projects transparent and on track for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage intensive, ongoing communication across internal stakeholders (leadership, Engineering, Design, QA, Go to Market teams with daily interaction, Marketing) and external stakeholders (partners and key merchant accounts) with often-competing priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of restaurant front-of-house operations: reservations as inventory management and capacity planning, reservations as a key patron touchpoint, table management, queuing, no-show and revenue assurance/deposit policies, and online food ordering workflows — and represent the merchant's voices in product decisions.
- Translate merchant and partner feedback into clear pain point statements and roadmap inputs.
- Support multinational delivery with customers in seven highly differentiated markets, including localization and market-specific requirements across regions such as TW, HK, JP, SEA, and ANZ.
- 5+ years of Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related experience.
- Experience building B2B or B2B2C SaaS software ; vertical SaaS for F&B, restaurants, or hospitality is a strong plus.
- Deep F&B industry knowledge, especially restaurant front-of-house operations: reservation and table management, queuing, deposits/no-show handling, POS, or food ordering.
- Hands-on experience with adding new third-party integrations And expanding upon existing third-party Integrations — REST APIs, Webhooks, API key/staging environment management, data licensing compliance automation, and end-to-end testing with external partner engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving alignment across executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, development effort, and resource planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and program management skills; able to work in English with global partners.
