We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the launch of two new brands under the Oscar Health umbrella. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives across multiple marketing channels while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You'll gain exposure to brand building from the ground up and take ownership of meaningful projects that directly influence go-to-market success.

This includes maintaining status documentation, coordinating cross-functional meetings, facilitating feedback sessions, managing timelines, and capturing clear meeting notes along with actionable next steps.

You will report into the Head of Lucie Marketing.

Responsibilities

→Support the development and execution of the new brands and take ownership of key marketing initiatives and tactics
→Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
→Creating and refining sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies)
→Assisting with CRM strategies and execution, including email campaigns and automation workflows
→Conduct market and/or competitor research to stay on top of industry trends
→Collaborate with design, product, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive brand execution
→Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
→Partner with Compliance to review all materials
→Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Healthcare or healthcare related experience including healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, healthcare finance, or related field
Experience in fast-paced environments

Travel required? (if so, list % of time expected - ex: Up to 5%)

No travel required
NYC in-office presence required 3x a week (preference Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
