We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the commercial launches and ongoing growth of Latitude, our next-generation tissue-free MRD assay. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial execution, and innovation, and will play a critical role in driving adoption, shaping future offerings, and positioning Latitude as a market leader.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking and operational rigor, with experience across product management, consulting, marketing, or diagnostics. Familiarity with methylation-based technologies and/or oncology diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end commercial launch activities, including pre-launch planning and on-market support
  • Drive adoption and utilization across markets by partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to streamline ordering to results delivery processes and improve customer experience
  • Lead development of sales training content and support field onboarding for new product launches
  • Develop clear, scalable materials and documentation to communicate workflows effectively to internal teams, particularly Sales
  • Assist in developing core pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and partner with Sales leadership to ensure field readiness and consistent messaging
  • Monitor competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and clinical trends in MRD 
  • Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for differentiation and strategic positioning
  • Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for Natera’s methylation-based platform
  • Support development of future product concepts and Target Product Profiles (TPPs) based on market needs and strategic priorities
  • Serve as a key liaison across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Operations
  • Drive alignment and execution across stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Communicate product strategy, performance, and roadmap updates to internal and external audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in life sciences, engineering, statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience, including product management, commercialization, product/solution marketing, or management consulting
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading commercial product launches
  • Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with products delivered as services is a plus
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials and leading training initiatives for commercial teams
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel (or similar tools), including experience working with datasets, building models, and deriving actionable insights
  • Ability to understand complex technologies and communicate clear, differentiated value propositions
  • Strong project and process management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
