About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to lead the cultural development of our new lines. This role will be instrumental in building a strong, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that aligns with Nature’s Bakery’s values and business objectives. You will partner closely with site leadership and associates to create an engaging and productive environment, ensuring our new site is a great place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Culture Development & Change Management:
    Lead initiatives to define, communicate, and embed Nature’s Bakery’s culture at our new site, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.
  • Strategic HR Partnership:
    Collaborate with site leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies that support growth and associate engagement.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience:
    Design and implement programs to foster associate engagement, recognition, and well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Talent Management:
    Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies that attract and retain top talent aligned with Nature’s Bakery’s culture and business needs.
  • Performance Management:
    Guide managers and associates through performance management processes, coaching for development, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Training & Development:
    Identify learning needs and partner with L&D to deliver culture-focused training and development programs.
  • Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations:
    Act as a trusted resource for resolving associate relations issues, promoting open communication and a respectful work environment.
  • Compliance & Policy:
    Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and Nature’s Bakery policies, adapting as necessary for the new site’s context.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    Track and analyze HR metrics related to culture, engagement, turnover, and other key indicators to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with 2+ years of experience in progressive HR responsibilities preferably within Manufacturing , ideally with experience in new site or greenfield operations.
  • Strong expertise in culture development, change management, and associate engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex associate relations issues.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics is a plus.
