Operations and Initiatives Lead

This role is hybrid and can be based out of our London, Manchester or Cheltenham office - 2 days a week in the office.

The Operations & Initiatives Lead provides analytical, operational, and execution support to the Market Leader and regional leadership team. The role is designed for a high-performing individual contributor with a sales and consulting-style skill set who enjoys problem solving, driving structure, and supporting business initiatives. 

 

The position focuses on enabling execution, supporting transformation activities, and improving organisational visibility, rather than owning business functions or leadership responsibilities. It offers broad exposure to sales, operations, financial performance, strategic partnerships, and business transformation initiatives across the regional business.
