Corporate Development Manager

Nebius is looking for a Corporate Development Manager who will be responsible for driving Nebius’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role will proactively identify, evaluate, and execute high-potential M&A opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong deal-making background, preferably from private equity, investment banking, or corporate M&A, and will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory.

• →Build and maintain a strong M&A pipeline aligned with strategic business priorities.
• →Proactively search for and identify potential acquisition targets across target markets.
• →Qualify inbound M&A opportunities and assess strategic fit.
• →Conduct market mapping, company profiling, and financial/strategic analysis of prospects.
• →Lead the due diligence process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• →Develop financial models, business cases, and investment proposals for decision-making.
• →Drive deal execution from sourcing to closing, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• →Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the investment community, including private equity firms, advisors, and industry contacts.
• →Support post-merger integration planning in partnership with relevant teams.
