Responsibilities

→Commercial Strategy & Planning
→Forecasting & Pipeline Management
→Revenue Operations & Sales Efficiency
→GTM Systems & Data
→Cross-Functional Alignment (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product)
→Lead a team of Data Analysts and Ops focused on GTM

5–10 years experience in revenue operations or GTM strategy
Leadership experience managing ops teams
Strong data-driven decision making
Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics and sales processes
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Experience partnering with CRO/CMO/CEO

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Snowflake, Omni (BI), and MongoDB
Experience in SaaS & AI
