Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Specialist

• →Own and develop Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace
• →Act as the primary point of contact for local authorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., environmental reporting, fire safety, chemical safety, energy efficiency)
• →Ensure the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of safety-critical systems (fire protection, emergency systems, equipment and tool safety, etc.)
• →Lead risk assessments, safety procedures, and incident management processes; ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and consistently followed
• →Drive incident reporting, investigation, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• →Maintain EHS data, KPIs, and reporting; lead internal audits and support external audits and inspections
• →Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, facilities) to embed safety into daily operations
• →Promote a proactive safety culture through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar EHS/OHS role, ideally in industrial, construction, or mission-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of Finnish and EU legislation related to health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Fluency in Finnish and English (minimum CEFR B2 level)
• Ability and willingness to work primarily on-site in Mäntsälä
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
