→5+ years in a security leadership role;
→Experience as one of the following: Hyperscaler security leader, Senior security executive at a cybersecurity vendor, CISO in a growth-stage or mid-market company, or senior security leader within a large enterprise environment;
→Deep understanding of: Cloud security architectures, AI infrastructure security considerations, Identity & access management, Encryption & key management, Logging, monitoring, and detection, and Enterprise risk frameworks;
→Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with Fortune 500 CISOs as a peer;
→Experience influencing complex enterprise deals in security-sensitive environments;
→Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex architecture for business stakeholders;
→Proven ability to translate customer feedback into product strategy;
→Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leadership.
