We’re building a lean Marketing organization of creatives and operators who want to move fast, take extreme ownership, build a brand from the ground up, and tell the Neros story.

As Video & Photo Lead at Neros, you will be the creative talent behind the company's visual identity, working closely with the Director of Marketing to bring the brand to life across every format and channel. This role spans pre-production planning, on-location shooting, and post-production editing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with marketing, engineering, business development, and leadership to fulfill video and photo briefs, and travel with those teams to capture assets at product demonstrations, field tests, and company events. After capturing assets in the field, you’ll manage the full post-production workflow, turning raw footage and stills into compelling visuals for all channels. This is a one-person operation for the foreseeable future, requiring both creative range and operational discipline to execute the entire pipeline independently.

• 5+ years experience in videography and photography
• Strong composition fundamentals, including experience with various focal lengths, ND filters, and lighting setups
• Proficiency with professional cinema cameras (RED, Sony, Panasonic, Canon, ARRI)
• Working knowledge of professional audio recording equipment and practices
• Expertise in editing software: DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Experience building pre-production materials like creative concept decks and storyboards
• Understanding of social media marketing strategy and format requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage the full production pipeline with minimal oversight
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for equipment transportation (we have a mileage expense policy)
• Valid passport and openness to domestic and international travel
• Comfortable with physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lb regularly

• Degree in film production, photography or a related creative field
• Experience at a production house, media agency or as a freelance director
• Familiarity with VFX software such as After Effects, Fusion, or Blender

$80,000 - $140,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
