Our Recruitment & Growth team in Copenhagen is growing!

Netlight is an award-winning consultancy providing premium IT services to companies ranging from startups, scaleups and established players in the digital industry. We are now expanding our ambitious and high-performing Recruitment & Growth team with a self-driven individual who wants to be an essential part of growing of one of Europe’s leading IT consultancies.

The Role

Your main responsibility will be tech-recruiting (end-to-end). Additional areas you will be working within are talent management, business development, sales, data-driven growth strategies, university marketing, employer branding, event management, DEI, and project management based on your strengths and interests. You will be responsible for managing the whole process from the very first contact to a world-class onboarding. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight. To enjoy and succeed in this role, you are an ambitious person who is driven by meeting new people, learning about newest trends in the tech market, creating relations, and building a state-of-the-art consultancy company in the heart of the Inner City in Copenhagen.

Background

There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than today. To lead this change, Netlight rethought recruitment. Thus, the Recruitment & Growth team (Talent Search) was separated from Human Resources and is today one of three CORE business processes of Netlight together with Sales & Business Development (Engagement Search) and IT Consulting. These three core business processes are areas we excel in and constantly develop. You now have the opportunity to embark on our exciting growth journey!

Soon-to-be graduate (2026) or graduated in 2025

Master’s degree or equivalent in e.g. business development, management, sales, IT, engineering etc.

Verbal and written fluency in Danish and English is a must.

Passion for recruitment, people, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community.

Self-driven with a genuine interest in building relations and growing Netlight

Experience in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, eg. sales, business development, recruitment, project management, networking.

A key role in growing one of the most successful IT-consultancy companies in the industry.
