The Coordination Manager oversees the execution of work orders, provides strategic direction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned vertical, adhering to PMO standards and methodologies.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop strategies to optimize work order execution processes and enhance operational
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best
- Ensure alignment with PMO’s project management framework and
- Provide leadership and guidance to Service Coordinators and other team
- Handle escalated issues or complex work orders requiring senior-level
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor Service Coordinators and team
- Deep understanding of operational processes and best
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in operations
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for
- Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential
- Extensive experience in operations management or a related
- Deep understanding of operational processes and best
- Familiarity with PMO’s project management standards and
- Strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement improvement
- Strong decision-making skills to address complex issues and
- Ability to align operational strategies with organizational
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all
- Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving
- Competence in stakeholder engagement and communication
- Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement
- Experience in implementing process optimization
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to
- Ability to ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and company
- Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance
- Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project
Nice to Have

- PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed
TRAVEL: Travel expectation is up to 5%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
- Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English
