NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our rapidly expanding restaurant group in San Diego. • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Proven track record as a Director or Vice President of Finance
• Exceptional knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other executives and departments
