As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service. You will work closely with a dedicated team to cultivate a positive environment that aligns with our brand values, enhancing both employee satisfaction and customer loyalty. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, alongside a supportive workplace culture that prioritizes growth and collaboration.
Responsibilities

- →Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- →Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- →Collaborate with culinary staff to optimize menu offerings
- →Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization
- →Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth
- →Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements
- →Maintain inventory and ordering processes to ensure availability of supplies
- →Engage with the community to build strong local connections
Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management and operations
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus
