This full-time, on-site position plays a pivotal role in steering our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations towards excellence and innovation. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, implementing strategies that enhance customer experience while driving profitability. Your leadership will be crucial in managing our diverse teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of excellence. • Proven experience as a Director or Vice President in restaurant operations
• Extensive knowledge of QSR industry standards and best practices
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred
