Monitor and analyze live systems across stores using logs, telemetry, and video data. Investigate and resolve issues in real-world environments (networking, configuration, hardware, deployments).
Hands-on experience with Linux systems (CLI, debugging, system interaction). Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments. Programming experience (e.g. Python, C++, or similar) - you can debug and write small tools/scripts.
Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze live systems across stores using logs, telemetry, and video data.

Investigate and resolve issues in real-world environments (networking, configuration, hardware, deployments).

Support and validate deployments - from preparation to rollout in production.
- →
Act as a technical interface to customers during rollouts and incident resolution.

Work closely with engineering to identify root causes and improve system robustness.

Build internal tools, scripts, and automated checks to scale support and operations.

Document recurring issues and establish best practices for troubleshooting.

Occasionally support on-site deployments across Germany and Europe.
Hands-on experience with Linux systems (CLI, debugging, system interaction).
Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments.
Programming experience (e.g. Python, C++, or similar) - you can debug and write small tools/scripts.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g. connectivity, services, ports).
Nice to Have
