The Indirect Sales department drives customer acquisition and revenue growth across major retailers and ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, Walmart, NewEgg, and similar.
Our Marketplace team is looking for an eCommerce Paid Specialist who can autonomously manage marketplace advertising campaigns, implement advanced solutions, and collaborate across teams to drive results. You'll work directly with our marketplace department to optimize performance across all marketplace channels and develop paid advertising strategies to boost strategic growth.
Planning and managing of marketplace PPC activities (Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands/Display/TV, DSP, eBay Promoted Listings, Rakuten ads, and similar);
Building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across all marketplace ad platforms with daily management of keywords, bids, budgets, and targeting;
Ensuring outstanding quality of campaign setup according to marketplace strategy, best channel practices, and platform-specific requirements.
Implementing new advertising solutions, including Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Amazon DSP, and emerging marketplace ad formats;
Proactive task prioritizing and alignment on deadlines and deliverables in line with business goals
Providing clear and relevant reporting on responsibility area metrics (ACoS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, impression share) on both a regular and an on-demand basis.
Selecting relevant metrics and analysis angles, gathering stakeholders' needs for metrics, and providing feedback afterward. Presenting them on an agreed frequency to the marketing team and during team meetings;
Following marketplace advertising news and staying updated on the latest trends to apply in business where applicable, regularly sharing them with the team;
Conducting competitor analysis and monitoring market trends across marketplace platforms.
1-2 years proven experience managing the Amazon Advertising platform and variety of campaign types (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display/TV/DSP)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central platforms.
Strong understanding of Amazon-specific metrics: ACoS, ROAS, TACOS, impression share, search term performance, and ability to explain how they impact profitability;
Experience with Amazon keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign structure best practices;
Familiarity with Amazon analytics tools: Amazon Brand Analytics, third-party tools like Helium 10, or similar.
Good knowledge of Google Spreadsheets/Excel. Ability to use advanced formulas, pivot tables, export, gather and read reports.
Clear understanding of marketplace purchase funnels and user acquisition flows;
Excellent spoken and written English skills;
Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Proven experience working with multi-product or multi-category campaigns;
Strong interpersonal skills, liaising with key stakeholders across different departments.
Knowledge of other paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic) for off-Amazon traffic strategies would be a plus;
Basic SQL knowledge;
