Data Integration Lead

North Point Technology is hiring a Data Integration Lead to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for a data-focused engineer who builds and manages pipelines that ensure intelligence data is accessible, reliable, and mission-ready.

• →Design and manage data ingestion pipelines across intelligence systems
• →Normalize and structure data for downstream analysis and dissemination
• →Support ETL processes and data transformation in classified environments
• →Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across systems
• →Work with analysts and engineers to ensure data usability
• →Identify gaps in data flow and improve integration performance
• →Support system-to-system data exchange across multiple platforms

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or mission systems
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines in DoD or IC environments
• Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data
• Experience working in SCIF environments supporting mission operations

• Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army data systems
• Experience with SQL, data transformation tools, or ETL frameworks
• Familiarity with intelligence data feeds or sensor data
• Experience supporting large-scale or distributed data environments
