Description
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Developing solid professional relationships with assessment partners to understand their needs and provide feedback to management on how well current services meet assessment source needs.
- →Deliver the highest level of customer service to our referring partners, clients, and community partners.
- →Assist in the development of processes for entire access team
- →Initiate, schedule, and track face-to-face appointments with individuals needing assessments
- →Supervise assessment and access team.
- →Work collaboratively with members of the team, including the clinical staff to coordinate assessments and intakes
- →Work with the operations team to ensure all data is accurately collected and reported.
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Undergraduate (four-year) degree preferred (LADC)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of all MN Statutes related to providing services for the population NBHN serves
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate one-on-one and in group settings.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Takes initiative in problem-solving and programming improvements.
- Knowledge of industry players and/or Addiction/mental health treatment & the territory.
- Proven ability to work without close supervision and take initiative- self-starter.
- Proficiency with Google suite.
