Access Manager

Description

• →Developing solid professional relationships with assessment partners to understand their needs and provide feedback to management on how well current services meet assessment source needs.
• →Deliver the highest level of customer service to our referring partners, clients, and community partners.
• →Assist in the development of processes for entire access team
• →Initiate, schedule, and track face-to-face appointments with individuals needing assessments 
• →Supervise assessment and access team.
• →Work collaboratively with members of the team, including the clinical staff to coordinate assessments and intakes
• →Work with the operations team to ensure all data is accurately collected and reported.
• →Other duties as assigned

• Undergraduate (four-year) degree preferred (LADC)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of all MN Statutes related to providing services for the population NBHN serves 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate one-on-one and in group settings.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Takes initiative in problem-solving and programming improvements.
• Knowledge of industry players and/or Addiction/mental health treatment & the territory.
• Proven ability to work without close supervision and take initiative- self-starter.
• Proficiency with Google suite.

• Ability to implement processes and procedures
• General business hours, with occasional weekend/evening hours for events.
