Responsibilities

→Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments
→Attend meetings and take minutes
→Perform research at a supervisor's request
→Assist in outreach and recruitment efforts
→Assist in providing overall program support and coordination
→Operations support including administrative and communications efforts
→Participate in other projects as the opportunity arises
→Assist with website building / social media posts (facebook, linkedin, HRIS homepage, etc.)
→Assist with recording, editing and marketing company podcast
→Assist with intakes and outreach
