A private family is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations across multiple residences and the family's commercial office space. This is a leadership role for someone who has managed a household team before and is comfortable wearing many hats, from executive-level oversight to hands-on errands.

Responsibilities

→Oversee and manage housekeeping standards and staff across multiple family residences
→Maintain the family's commercial/office space to the same high standard as the residences
→Run light errands as needed (tailor pickups, grocery runs, and similar tasks)
→Meet with vendors on behalf of the family when necessary
→Ensure consistency, organization, and discretion across all properties
→Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Household Manager, or in a housekeeping leadership/supervisory role
Residential household experience required (commercial-only experience not sufficient on its own)
Comfortable managing responsibilities across multiple properties
Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
Comfortable running errands independently
Valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to provide 3-5 professional references
