Responsibilities

→Provide attentive, engaged care for three boys ages 4, 2.5, and 1
→Manage differing nap and rest schedules across all three children
→Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, with a focus on outdoor play in the fenced backyard
→Support developmental milestones through play, routine, and structured engagement
→Handle children's meals, snacks, and mealtime routines
→Maintain children's laundry, playspaces, and related tidying
→Communicate clearly and consistently with parents regarding daily updates
→Coordinate with the household's morning staff and afternoon Household Assistant/Nanny

Requirements

Proven professional nanny experience with multiple children under five
Comfortable managing overlapping nap schedules and varied routines
Punctual and highly reliable
Strong, proactive communication skills
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
