The ideal candidate is an active, hands-on caregiver who enjoys getting on the floor and playing, drives confidently, and takes initiative around the home without needing direction. The family has one dog. Occasional later evenings and occasional weekend help are part of this role, so flexibility is important.

Responsibilities

→Morning routine: getting the children dressed and downstairs, engaging them in play, and supporting breakfast and school preparation
→Drive one child to school in the morning using the nanny's own vehicle
→Afternoon pickup of the younger child at 3:30/4:00 PM and transport home
→Provide attentive, engaged afternoon care for the younger child
→Assist with dinner preparation (cooking ability strongly preferred)
→Children's laundry, washing through put-away
→Tidy and organize children's play areas and toys
→Light housekeeping to keep common areas orderly during the day
→Clean up dishes after dinner and tidy the home before departure
→Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children

Requirements

Prior professional childcare experience with preschool- and school-age children
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license
Comfortable driving children daily
Active, energetic caregiving style
Comfortable in a home with one dog
Cooking ability strongly preferred
Availability for occasional later weekday evenings and occasional weekend hours
Conversational Spanish preferred; French also welcomed
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-directed approach
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
