Nanny Position (Chattanooga, TN)

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus a $200 monthly health insurance stipend

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional date nights scheduled in advance

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

A warm and welcoming family in Chattanooga is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and professional full-time nanny to care for their two young children, ages 3 and 2. The family recently transitioned away from daycare and is looking for a dedicated caregiver who can provide attentive, engaging, and structured care in a home environment. This is a long-term opportunity for a career nanny who enjoys building meaningful relationships and becoming a valued extension of the family.

Responsibilities:
• Provide loving, attentive care for two toddlers and support their daily routines
• Plan engaging activities, outings, and age-appropriate enrichment opportunities
• Prepare children's meals and snacks
• Maintain and organize children's belongings, laundry, toys, and spaces
• Support the smooth day-to-day flow of the household as it relates to the children

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving children using a family vehicle
• Comfortable around large dogs
• Must be able to provide 3-5 professional references
