We are currently seeking a IT2 Application L1 Support Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role - IT2 Application L1 Support Analyst
Specialization - Application support for Treasury Management Systems, focusing on system health monitoring, transaction processing issues, and ITIL-based incident ticketing management.
Role Summary
Provide first-line operational and functional support for the IT2 Treasury Management System by monitoring applications, handling user queries, performing initial troubleshooting, and escalating unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Monitor IT2 application health, interfaces, and scheduled jobs.
2\. Handle user incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
3\. Perform initial troubleshooting for:
3.1. Login/access issues
3.2. Job failures
3.3. Payment processing issues
3.4. Bank statement loading failures
3.5. Basic interface failures
4\. Restart services/jobs based on SOPs.
5\. Validate daily treasury operations and batch executions.
6\. Escalate critical issues to L2/L3 teams within SLA timelines.
7\. Communicate status updates to users and stakeholders.
8\. Maintain incident logs and operational checklists.
9\. Support basic user administration activities.
Experience
Bachelor's degree
Overall 5+ years of experience in IT Industry
1–4 years of application relevant support experience
Required Skills
1\. Basic understanding of Treasury Management Systems
2\. Knowledge of ITIL incident management process
3\. Basic SQL and log analysis
4\. Monitoring tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow/JIRA)
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)
