Senior Specialist to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). Day to Day Responsibilities: * Manage each project’s scope and timeline * Reporting metrics, project updates * Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups * Coach team members in Agile frameworks * Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration * Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) * Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests * Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur * Help teams implement changes effectively * Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand * Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity * Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it * Minimum Requirements: * 7+ years' experience in a Project Management * 5+ yrs experience of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) * 5+ yrs of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Nice to have: * PMP/Scrum master certification is a plus * ADO skills * Familiarity with software development * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability * Outstanding organizational skills * Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Must reside in the US Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948.00-$164,476.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
