Systems Integration Specialist Advisor

* Candidate should have at least +12 years of experience on IT infrastructure technologies and delivery management. • Should have strong knowledge on ITIL Capacity, performance, and demand management process. • Should have Proactively involve in all presales calls to showcase NTT Capacity Management Service capabilities. • Should have strong communication & negotiation skills to participate in service solution offering discussion.• Should Lead the account to evaluate performance and prepare plans for capacity procedures and provide comprehensive support for same. • Coordinate with various IT service departments and perform all capacity planning activities in facility based on the contractual agreement on timely manner. • Should have knowledge on any Enterprise Capacity tool. • Analyze capacity planning and provide appropriate recommendations for same. • Perform analysis on all development plans for production and ensure compliance to all customer demands in facility. • Prepare Capacity analysis, performance & forecast modeling effectively. • Accountable for design and schedule all weekly update and ensure effective implementation & deliveries scheduled on timely manner. • Manage and maintain all system parameters(Metrics) for production schedule and monitor for effectiveness. • Proactively report and assist Customer, Delivery account team and service tower. Prepare plans for all demands for various ops team. • Coordinate with all various teams and perform all financial assessment and in execution activities. • Design and maintain all dashboard and performance capacity reports, statistics & RCA analysis for management. • Provide assistance to analytical design of systems and forecast all resource capacity requirements. • Develop various new functions and capacity processes and modify existing ones, based on the suggestion received from Customer. • Manage all key system metrics and provide support to all ad hoc reports and dashboards. • Analyze and identify processes and run the SIPs for its enhancement. • Ensure compliance to all guidelines and ensure optimal utilization of all resources. • Should have knowledge to participate in Internal and external Audit process • Display initiative, motivation and deliver high quality work while at the same time, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customer
