As a Part-Time Volleyball Coach with NVVA, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for nurturing and developing young talent. Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Dynamic Coaching:  Conduct engaging and well-planned training sessions, focusing on skill development, strategic play, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  2. Individual Player Development:  Assess and provide tailored feedback to enhance each athlete's skills while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  3. Team Collaboration:  Work alongside our dedicated coaching staff to maintain consistency in coaching methods and achieve program objectives. Participate in regular strategy meetings and collaborative discussions.
  4. Game Day Leadership:  Coach during games, emphasizing fair play and team spirit. Analyze performances to identify improvement areas.
  5. Effective Communication:  Keep open lines of communication with players, parents, and coaching staff. Regularly update stakeholders on player progress and team developments.
  6. Adaptable Scheduling:  Be flexible with your availability to cover training sessions, games, and other program events.
