Assistant Vice President, Strategic Analytics

Responsibilities

- →Ability to work independently, managing time and integrating feedback with minimal supervision.
- →Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- →Ability to lead stakeholder engagement by clarifying objectives, translating business needs into technical requirements, communicating tradeoffs, and providing proactive status updates.
- →Effective written and oral communication skills
- →Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform and/or Power BI in a production environment (e.g., building and maintaining reports/dashboards/apps used by business stakeholders)
- →NYC residency is required within 180 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- →Experience in asset and/or property management, digital transformations, or process change management
- →PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated project delivery discipline (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2)
- →Familiarity with the Microsoft365 Applications including SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, MS Lists, Copilot, MS Planner
- →Experience with financial modeling software and techniques, particularly in a real estate context
- →New York City Real Estate or government experience
