Responsibilities

- →Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- 2+ years experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years administrative experience in a high-performance organization.
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, communications, and shifting priorities.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
- Highly organized, proactive, reliable, and adaptable.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
