About the Role

We're looking for a Client Services Executive to join our Spanish team. As a Client Services Executive, you'll be working closely with the Client Services Team to deliver quality campaigns for our advertisers by managing day-to-day operations. You'll be the internal expert of all things trafficking and reporting, helping your team reach their KPIs and contribute to Ogury's growth.

  • Traffic new and existing campaigns and assets that belong to your portfolio in our internal platform 
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance and making optimisation recommendations
  • Build campaign forecasts and serve as the main point of contact for campaign extensions and renewals
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to provide a seamless service to our clients
  • Assist with pre-sales activities including building presentations and media plans
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting for clients
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and efficiencies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Ad Operations, Sales, Product and Finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital advertising industry
  • Understanding of digital advertising, programmatic, or ad tech
  • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
