Ohme is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to hunt new opportunities within the automotive and energy sectors. You will identify, engage and convert automotive retailers/importers into Ohme partners, positioning our EV charging solutions as essential to their EV sales proposition. This is a field-based hunter role where you'll be on the road, building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Proactively identify and target automotive dealerships across your territory
- →Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature and first order
- →Present Ohme's value proposition to car importers or dealership owners, managers, and sales teams
- →Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets
- →Build a robust pipeline through structured prospecting and account mapping
- →Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations at dealership sites
- →Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to Sales Leadership
- A natural hunter with proven new business acquisition experience
- Confident building relationships at all levels within automotive retail
- Passionate communicator who can influence through presentations and conversations
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
- Results-oriented, resilient, and motivated by exceeding targets
- Comfortable working independently with regular travel
- Argentinian native that has experience and network in the industry
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in automotive retail, EV charging or adjacent industries preferred but not required
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business independently
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
